PRIVACY POLICY
pursuant to Art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR

DATA CONTROLLER.
The controller of your personal data is A.G. PORTA S.p.A., Fiscal Code and VAT number 03794170013, with
registered office in Moncalieri (TO), Via Fernando Santi n. 11.
For any needs, the controller can be contacted at the following address: Via Fernando Santi n. 11 – Moncalieri
(TO) or at the email: privacy@agporta.com.
The data controller will process your data lawfully and fairly, respecting your rights and in particular
confidentiality in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter known as the "Regulation") and other
applicable regulations.

DATA.
The data controller will process the following data:
➢ Contact data and communications - When you send your contact data (name, address, email, etc.), via
e-mail or other communication, the holder will record your contact info and communication details;
➢ Cookies - When you use our services, we may send your device one or more cookies (small text files
containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your device;
➢ Technical cookies, i.e., navigation or session cookies and strictly necessary for the operation of the site
or to enable you to take advantage of the content and services you have requested.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING.
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
➢ to provide you with services mentioned in the Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation;
➢ evaluating and improving said services, and the development of any new services in pursuit of this
legitimate interest mentioned in Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation;
➢ protecting the technical functioning of the computer system in pursuit of this legitimate interest within
the said Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation;
➢ to fulfil legal obligations and/or comply with orders from public authorities, including
judicial authorities within said Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation.

COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES.
The data controller may communicate your data to:
➢ third parties who collaborate with the data controller, who deal with stages of the processes necessary
for the correct activities’ performance.
➢ third parties to fulfil legal obligations or to comply with orders from public authorities, including judicial
authorities, and/or to protect the rights of the data controller or third parties under the law.

RETENTION PERIOD.
Your contact data and communications will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your
your request and any time necessary to protect use the data in compliance to protect your rights, the holder
&/or third party, for a period no longer than 24 months.

EFFECTS OF NON-COMMUNICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER.
The communication of contact data is not compulsory, but failing to provide such data will not permit you to
contact the holder.

RIGHTS.
In accordance with the pursuant to the Regulation, you are reminded that, you have the right.
- to request access to your personal data according to Article 15 of the Regulation.
- to request rectification of your personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation;
- to request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulation;
- to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in conformity to Article 18 of the
Regulation;
- to object to the processing of your personal data which are processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the
Regulation in pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation;
- to the portability of your personal data in accordance with Article 20 of the Regulation;
- to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any moment (without prejudice to the
lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation) in pursuant to Article
13(2)(c) of the Regulation;
- to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.

Information on video surveillance
pursuant to Article 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR

A.G. PORTA S.P.A., with registered office and operational headquarters in Moncalieri (TO), Via Fernando
Santi no. 11, informs you that in pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data
(hereinafter GDPR ) - for reasons relating to the protection of the company's assets, safety and for the
protection of it persons, premises that a) a video surveillance system has been put into place (duly
indicated by means of signs) and that your personal data is subject to processing.

A.G. PORTA S.P.A acts as the data controller and can be contacted: by telephone on +39 011 3976711
or via mail at the address of the registered and operative office in Via Fernando Santi, 11 - 10024
Moncalieri (TO) or by e-mail at privacy@agporta.com.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Video surveillance purpose, is to protect the company's assets and the safety of its employees, and to:
1. deter theft and acts of damage to the company;
2. ensure safety in the environments & protecting the safety of people visiting company premises;
3. control access to company premises;
4. facilitate the possible right of defence in court by the company in accordance with the
procedures provided for by law.
Please note that under no circumstances will the Video surveillance images be used for any other
purpose.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The video surveillance activity is based on the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, to
carry out the described process processing (described in this notice) in accordance with Article 6(1)(f)
of the GDPR.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
The video surveillance images (same as name or personal data) are considered subject to the
protections envisaged by the GDPR and will be collected and processed with logics strictly related to
the purposes described, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency
and minimisation expressed by art.5 GDPR, guaranteeing their security and confidentiality.
The video surveillance system is equipped with:
- no. 10 external cameras.
- no. 1 ultra-compact IP camera.
- no. 2 hybrid thermal cameras.
- no. 3 wireless temperature sensors.
The presence of which are signalled, as provided on the subject at point 3.1 of the Guaranties’ provision
about 8 April 2010: allowing images to be viewed in real time and recorded. The system is constantly in
operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED
The processed data will not be disclosed to third parties. They may, however, become aware of your data
in connection with the purposes of processing as mentioned previous:
1. Subjects operating as data controllers and who can access the data by virtue of legal provisions
provided for by European Union or national law;
2. Subjects designated by the Data Controller as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the
GDPR or Persons duly instructed in conformity to Article 29 of the GDPR. These include those
responsible for the maintenance services of the video surveillance system.

RETENTION PERIOD
The retention of images resulting from video surveillance activities will normally have a duration no
longer than that necessary to achieve the purposes for which the images are processed. A.G. PORTA
SPA will arrange for the destruction of the collected data within 24 hours, except for special needs of
further conservation in relation to holidays or office closures, as well as in cases necessary to contest
crimes, to define possible litigations or in case of adherence to a specific investigative request by the
Judicial Authority or Judicial Police. Once these terms have expired, the images will be completely
deleted from the storage library.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether the
personal data concerning him or her, has/is being processed pursuant to Article 15 GDPR, and if so, he
or she has the right to:
1. Ask the Controller for access to the images;
2. object to the processing;
3. request restriction of processing and/or cancellation where applicable.
The right to update or supplement, as well as the right to rectification referred to in Article 16 of the
GDPR cannot be exercised in view of the intrinsic nature of the data processed (images collected in real
time concerning an objective fact).
The right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR is also not exercisable, as processing is carried
out in execution of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller and the images acquired with the video
surveillance system - except in the cases set out in this information notice - cannot be transferred to
other parties.
Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority pursuant to Article
77 of the GDPR. In Italy, the function of supervisory authority is exercised by the Guarantor for the
protection of personal data whose references can be found at www.garanteprivacy.it.
Any interested party may request to see the images in which they believe they have been filmed by
showing or attaching appropriate identification documents to the request. The response to a request for
access may not include any data referring to third parties, unless the breakdown of the data processed,
or the deprivation of certain elements renders the personal data relating to the data subject
incomprehensible. After the above-mentioned retention periods have elapsed, it will be impossible to
comply with the access request.
